Sales Tax

The Perfect Putter, LLC does not charge sales taxes on orders shipped outside the state of Florida. Our store will automatically charge and withhold the appropriate sale tax for all orders in the state of Florida. For orders shipped to other states, you are responsible for all sales taxes.

International taxes and duties

When ordering our products from outside the United States, you may be subject to import duties and taxes requirements. Customs policies are different in every country, we recommend you contact your local custom office for more information. You are responsible for all additional customs charges.

Accepted Payment Methods

We are currently using PayPal as our online shop. We accept payments with your PayPal account as well as payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express Cards.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will inform you right away if the product you have order is out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.


Once the payment is approved, if the item is in stock, orders will ship within a day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Shipping in the United States. Ground shipments will typically arrive within 2-5 business days. For faster delivery, we offer air shipments which will arrive within 1-3 business days. We also offer the option to pick the product up in person for no charge.

The Perfect Putter, LLC will provide you with a tracking number.

Return / Exchange policy

The Perfect Putter, LLC wants you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase.

(1) Full or partial return You may return the product within 30 days for a full or partial refund. This does not include shipping charges. Once the 30 days end, The Perfect Putter, LLC will not accept returns of products.
To use this system, you must meet the following requirements:
a. The product must be in the same condition as you received it. It must contain all parts, instructions and accessories.
b. The return must be done in the same or similar manner that guarantees the return of the product in perfect condition.
c. A return sheet must be filled out identifying the products and the explanation for the return. We will email you this sheet for you to print out.

To facilitate the return process, please contact us at return@ to manage the returns in the easiest and fastest manner.

(2) Refund for the price of the product to client
Full refund will be conceded if the product is received in the same condition as delivered, if the product wasn´t used, damaged or lost before getting to The Perfect Putter, LLC.
The Perfect Putter, LLC will manage the refund by using the same payment system used by the customer for the purchase of the products. The application time of returning the money in the account or customer card depends on the card and the issuer.

(3) Return of defective products
The customer is entitled to refund of the defective products or if the products delivered do not correspond to the order placed by the customer.
In these cases, the return to The Perfect Putter, LLC may be made in the manner prescribed in paragraph (1) above. In the case of returning faulty products, or that do not correspond to the order made by the client, The Perfect Putter, LLC will bear the cost of returning the products.
